Q: Payment - when is payment due to secure a vehicle
     booking?
A:  As early as possible to avoid disappointments.
      A deposit of 50% to place a hold on the vehicle
      (to book it).
     1 week before an event the rest to be paid.

 

Q: Can I cancel a booked vehicled?
A: Yes - but in an advance notice to us.
     Preferably 1 week pior to the event/ booking.
     A R100.00 admin fee will be deducted.

Q: Are the drivers reliable?
A: 100% reliable. We pride ourselves being professional,
      punctual and delivering an outstanding driving
      experience.

 

Q: Can I prepare my own music playlist.
A: Yes certainly.
      Communicate your favourite songs to us via supplying
      us with your tracks/ songs and the play order you would
      love your tracks to be played.
      We will prepare the CD or MP3's according to
       your request. 
      Your designated driver will be supplied with the CD or
       MP3 USB device on the day of your special event.
